The discipline of "classical" is so expansive that it would really be hard for me to recommend something. I'd say go with one of the big names: Beethoven, Mozart, etc. Beethoven's 9th Symphony is supposed to be the greatest tonal piece ever recorded, so maybe go with that? Good luck.
